Slow Down, They grow up FAST!!!!

Do you remember when your children were babies? Do you remember their little faces, little smiles and expressions? Remember changing diapers? Do you look at their baby pictures and forget where you were, what you were doing. I look at some pictures and don't even remember my kids little faces. Wow, It seems like so long ago but it was just a few years ago. Its incredible how fast time flies by when we are working ourselves into tomorrow, confused about what day it is. I know many families are in this position. We're trying to get ahead and when we do get ahead, we want to stay ahead. We promise ourselves and our families that once we get to that next level, things will be better. At that next level, we will be able to have more family time. Right? All of a sudden it's years down the road and our kids have grown and you don't remember it. So much time has passed without YOUR influence on your kids and their values. I know it's very easy to get stuck in a rutt!! When you get home at 6:30-7:00 everyday, and the kids are in the bed at 8:30, there is not much time for family quality time. Then you have the weekends, but WOW things are busy. Where does the time go? and how do we change the rat-race as a father? Comments? Questions?
